Cancellations received by May 31, 2024 are subject to a 35 EUR administration fee per participant.
In case of cancellation after May 31, 2024, no refund will be possible. To cancel a registration, please send an email to event@medconcept.org and include „Global Academy of Womens Cancer Cancellation“ in the subject line.
Substitutions (new ticket holder must come from the same institution) are possible and must be received in writing by June 15, 2024. To substitute a registration please send an email including the name of the original registrant and the name of the person substituting to info@medconcept.org and include “Global Academy of Women´s Cancer Substitution” in the subject line.
The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organizers should the holding of the meeting be hindered or prevented by unexpected, political or economic events or generally by force, or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons need program changes. With registration, the participant accepts this proviso.
The Organizer does not accept liability for individual medical, travel or personal insurance and participants are strongly advised to make their own arrangements in respect to health and travel insurance.
During the congress, attendees, exhibitors, guests and others may be photographed by the congress organization company or its partners. Parts of these photographs may be displayed in future publications or materials connected with the congress. If you do not wish for your image to be displayed, please contact MedConcept in writing no later than 7 days after the congress.
